Professional Experience

I completed my B.S in Biochemistry at Arizona State University in 2018. While I was applying for PA school, I was working in the Dermatology office as lead Medical Assistant. Later on I received my Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Pacific University in Hillsboro, Oregon in 2022. Currently in the process of finishing Doctorate of Medical Science.

Personal Life

Fun fact about me, I was born and raised in Shiraz, Iran until I was 19 years old so I can speak Farsi fluently. I lived in Turkey for 8 months before moving to Arizona. It was during my PA school that I fell in love with Oregon’s nature and decided to live here permanently with my husband. My favorite activities are going to escape rooms, Salsa dancing, painting, hiking, traveling and trying new foods. I am a huge fan of Disney, Pixar, DreamWorks or anything cartoon related. If my name is hard to pronounce or remember, you can call me Yaya.
